Great app! Ive been looking forward to this for a while. Thanks and keep up the great development into 3.0.
Used it on both an iPad and iPhone 3GS w/ios4 - both worked great. As-is it will be of great use to me and my staff as we all have at least one iDevice per tech. I Look forward to future updates that will hopefully include some ticket search capabilities, attachment capabilities (would be awesome to attach from camera roll or goodreader etc. into a new phone ticket), and better landscape support for menu button page, and hopefully full use of iPad screen real-estate :) Great work as usual
Overall, this is a good app but it appears to be missing basic features such as: 1.) the ability to click on hyperlinks 2.) ability to click on a phone number and open the phone dialer 3.) ability to click on an address and open google maps. I look forward to future improvements
Pretty helpful.
Everything is great except the screen size for iPhone 5. Please correct it.
